Masters Men enjoying Triathlon season.

Roddie McLeod, combined a holiday in London with competing in the London Open Water Sprint. The swim was more like a boxing competition as Roddie found himself in the 'melee'. Roddie had more space to excel in the cycle and run and enjoyed the experience of competing in such a big event.
Jamie Watson competed in the Inverurie and Stonehaven triathlons and is preparing for the Aberfeldy half ironman. He continues to improve his times in all phases.

Success For Freyja Prentice

Two major competitions have taken place, both in July and both in the UK. 
The World Cup final was hosted at Greenwich Park on the 9th and 10th July and doubled as the test event for the Olympic Games. Freyja had a fantastic combined, starting in 24th position and finishing in 12th. The best British woman was fellow Scot, Mhairi Spence who just missed out on a medal to finish 5th. One place for the Olympics was up for grabs at this event and this was taken by Olympic gold medalist, Lena Schone...

Youth D's who competed at the Youth Pentathlon Championships in Solihull on 22/23 June. Steph Craig, Poppy Drysdale and Corry Hay took the YDG team award for SSMPC. Also in the picture is YDB Ryan Gauld and Stevie Mason who was team coach for the event.
